Delia’s Vegetarian Collection

I used to be one of those cooks who simply shiver at the thought of a vegetarian coming to dinner. Okay I can made a decent souffle omlette but I had always suspected there was a world of vegetarian food that didn’t involve a bowl, plate or cup of sloppy lentils.

Was it good value for money? Since I found it in a friend’s garage when I went to help clear out – so cost me nothing. I think it’s worth the money if you have to buy it. The photography is excellent too. Do I especially recommend anything? Oh yes, the savoury feta cheesecake (served at room temperature with a piquant warm tomato coulis). The twice cooked Goats cheese souffles also work well in canape sizes.
